You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of mission-critical systems that power dLocal's treasury, settlements, and balance management processes.As part of the platform product organization, you'll work closely with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure our internal financial products are accurate, auditable, scalable, and reliable — across dozens of countries and currencies.What will I be doing?

You will help drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countriesYou will be working with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and develop products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERPYou will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organizationYou will work closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needsYou will execute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the businessYou will analyze and use data to make informed decisionsYou will do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may beYou will be working with people from all around the globe.You will lead and inspire other team members of the Product teamContinuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision makingWhat skills do I need?

5+ years experience working as a Product managerProven ability to deliver on ERP integrations or BPA projects including external ERP systemsStrong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functionsCreative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or salesProven track record of developing product delivery teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineersExcellent written and oral communication skills in both English and SpanishExperience managing technical software products from kick-off to shipLocated in Argentina, Brazil, Spain or UruguayWhat do we offer?
