About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join the team in Curitiba (on-site). This role is critical to attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent at all organizational levels, from operational to strategic positions. You will play an important role in shaping the candidate experience and strengthening the companys employer brand, while partnering closely with managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across operational, administrative, and strategic roles.
- Create and post engaging job ads on multiple platforms.
- Screen résumés, conduct interviews, and administer behavioral and technical assessments.
- Partner with managers to define role profiles and develop attraction strategies.
- Conduct active sourcing, hunting, and headhunting as needed.
- Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support and contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment and selection for diverse organizational levels.Fluent English (spoken and written).Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with different profiles.Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.Availability to travel.Nice-to-haves :
Experience in multinational companies.Knowledge of behavioral assessment methodologies (e.g., DISC, MBTI).Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.Benefits :
