OverviewApplications Developer III / Senior (MS Power Platforms) role within the GEO-IS Solutions department focuses on designing and developing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to support operations and customer service for Expeditors Brazil offices.

We foster professionalism, leadership, and a customer service-based approach to logistics.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain resilient Power Apps solutions in accordance with Expeditors enterprise architectural guidelines.Implement Power Automate workflows for process automation and systems integration.Collaborate with the data engineering team to connect and consume structured and unstructured data from Expeditors data sources.Utilize industry and organizational software development patterns and standards (SDLC).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and optimized for performance.Identify risks and uphold enterprise cybersecurity development guidelines.Collaborate to create and promote best practices within the team and department.Support agile practices and maintain current work management systems.Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions undergo end-to-end testing.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Create, collaborate and promote best practices within the team and department.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in an IT-related field.2+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Understanding of how Power Platform applications integrate with Microsoft Fabric and other cloud-based data sources (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Lake, SQL).
