ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer (Hunting) to be the guardian of our brand's look and feel. This role is for a creative professional who is not only passionate about visual design but also understands how to leverage it to drive business results. You will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical events, with a strategic focus on performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Brand Stewardship : Act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and visual excellence across all internal and external materials.
• Digital & Performance Design : Design and execute all digital marketing assets, including social media content, website pages, A / B tests for optimization, and promotional graphics, with a keen eye on conversion rates and performance metrics.
• Presentations & Internal Assets : Create and produce compelling presentations and internal documents that communicate our brand story and key business strategies effectively.
• Event & Experiential Design : Oversee the visual design for all external events, including creating event stands, booths, and all accompanying marketing collateral to ensure a memorable brand experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into visually stunning and effective design solutions.
