Graphic Designer & Video Editor Are you the kind of creative who rewatches TikToks and Reels just to study the edits?

Who can spot a high-performing hook in three seconds flat—and knows how to make it better?

We’re looking for someone ambitious, fast-moving, and creatively sharp —a designer / editor hybrid who wants to grow their skills and career inside a clean beauty brand that’s scaling fast.

If you’re scrappy, self-motivated, and obsessed with making content that stops the scroll , this is for you.

This role is all about creating high-converting, elevated visuals —especially video ads for a variety of platforms with a polished, modern feel.

Think : beauty brand meets performance creative.

Your designs should look expensive, feel on-trend, and perform like crazy.

You’ll own : Ad creative (priority #1) : Design and edit short-form, engaging, both TikTok-style and high-end videos, and static ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TV, and TikTok Shop.

Email design : Build visually compelling emails that feel editorial but drive conversion.

We use Klaviyo & Figma.

  • UX / UI Design and Creatives : Homepage features, product page visuals, mobile banners, and app store graphics.
  • SMS & promo graphics : Banners, popups, and assets that elevate the brand experience.

Media buyer support : Work closely with our performance team to test creatives, iterate fast, and optimize what’s working Must-haves : Video editing is a requirement.

You must be confident in creating UGC-style, jump-cut, text-overlay video ads designed for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, TV, etc.

Luxury-meets-conversion design skills.

You can make things look polished and high-end without overdesigning.

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (bonus if you’ve worked in eComm or beauty).
  • Design experience for an Ecommerce CPG brand (US Based brand is ideal).
  • Fluent in Adobe Suite and Figma.

    Bonus if you know CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.

    A portfolio that shows smart, effective work—especially ad creative that performs.

  • You’re obsessed with TikTok and Instagram trends and can adapt fast.
  • You understand CPM, CTR, ROAS, and MER—and design with those goals in mind.
  • You don’t need hand-holding.

    You love autonomy, and you’re proud of your hustle.

    You’ve used creative ops tools like Air, Notion, or Asana.
