Learn more at Introduction : Responsible for managing Toluna's market research projects, the Senior Project Manager will be representing Toluna to our wide range of clients in the global market.
The goal is to work on and coordinate projects from beginning to end under strict timelines, handling several projects simultaneously, and interacting with the different members of the Toluna team while providing the best service to our clients.
The Senior Project Manager will deliver a great client experience by meeting clients' strategic insights needs and will be supporting US-based clients while reporting to the North American-based client services team.Responsibilities : Act as point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional client service while cultivating strategic, long-term partnershipsAdvocate for clients' needs to ensure alignment with project objectives and service standardsDemonstrate expertise in the Toluna Start platform and champion its use with clientsIndependently manage full service, field & tab, and assisted-DIY research projectsReview and optimize questionnaire logic, providing recommendations to clientsManage workload successfully by planning and prioritizing all tasks and projectsSupport clients and internal teams in achieving client's research objectivesLiaise with other internal departments and external partnersDevise detailed internal and client project plansEnsure client needs are met and exceeded where possibleCheck and compare actual project requirements against costBe the point of contact of our clientsProgram surveys or work with internal programming team (according to agreed rules)Ensure programming edits are implemented accurately, and survey test link is checked before sending to the client.Manage overall project coordination, monitoring schedules, project margins, key deliverables, and client expectationsUpdate client on progress at regular intervals and provide regular fieldwork updates to the clientPerform data quality checks including regular review and removal of poor-quality open-ended responsesMonitor fieldwork either fielded by you or fielded by the Field management team (according to agreed rules).
Your profile : Experience : Minimum of 2 years in market research, with expertise in managing complex projectsTechnical Proficiency : Advanced understanding of survey programming, questionnaire logic, and data metrics.
Familiarity with platforms like Toluna Start, Confirmit, or related tools is essentialProject Management : Proven ability to independently manage multiple high-complexity projects while meeting tight deadlinesCommunication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to build client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsLanguages : Advanced English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.Professional Traits : Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
