Spare Parts, Repairs, Field Service and M&U)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for reciprocating win back business growth and develop plans to capitalize on themWork with regional organizations to build and implement go-to-market strategies for reciprocating win back solutions.Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.Introduce technological breakthroughs that bring overall value in reliability, availability and maintainability, like monitoring systems, field virtual reality, control and lubrication solutions.Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to find opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of reciprocating compressors and its applications in the compression business.Proven record of developing and driving successful growth strategies.Excellent social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.About the TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
