This includes strict adherence to process compliance and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and execute dispatch activities according to SOPs and internal standardsCoordinate customer order deliveries with warehouse teams, service providers and agentsUpdate delivery ETAs and track status to ensure accuracy and customer satisfactionManage order processing tasks : Print pick listsReport picking statusProcess and document deliveriesScan delivery notes and issue invoicesMaintain delivery documentation and compliance recordsShare schedules with the warehouse and ensure internal communication flowSupport dispatch operations across the Americas regionSchedule drivers and allocate resources effectivelyEnsure availability for operational communication (company phone)Contribute to process improvement initiativesAccountabilities & KPIs Timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of goods High-quality data and documentation management Compliance with SOPs, safety and operational standards Cost-effective logistics execution Cross-functional collaboration and communicationQualificationsRequired : High school diploma or equivalentGood English skills (spoken and written)Valid passport and ability to travel when requiredStrong organizational and communication abilitiesSelf-starter with teamwork mindsetDetail-oriented and systematic approachPreferred : Dangerous goods (DGR) certificationMaritime or warehouse logistics experienceDriving license (CNH)Knowledge of marine products or documentation processesWSS
