This role requires a blend of deep Salesforce solution design skills and a consultative approach to presales engagement.

The ideal candidate is confident leading discovery sessions, crafting tailored Salesforce-based solutions, and clearly articulating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English.Key Responsibilities : Lead client-facing discovery sessions to uncover business needs and technical requirements.Design and present scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.Act as a trusted advisor in presales engagements, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment from proposal through delivery.Build relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to drive trust and credibility.Participate in proposal development and solution scoping.Contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and assets.Requirements : Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.Strong experience in Salesforce solution architecture and / or consulting roles.Proven ability to lead technical discovery and present to executive-level stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Solid business acumen with a client-first mindset.Ability to work collaboratively across sales and delivery teams.Based in the São Paulo area, with availability to work from our Vila Olímpia office a few days per week.Preferred Qualifications : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, Solution Architect).Background in presales, solution engineering, or client-facing consulting.Experience across a variety of Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
