DesignRush.com , the leading B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is hiring a Senior Web UX Designer with a proven ability to deliver high-impact, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate combines strong UX execution with structured workflows and a disciplined approach to producing high-quality, on-time results.

Primary responsibilities will be :

  • Design and improve core DesignRush pages and user flows
  • Occasionally create landing pages for internal campaigns
  • Produce high-quality visuals for sales and marketing assets
  • Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with product goals
  • Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders

    This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

    Responsibilities :

  • Design websites (primarily) and landing pages (occasionally)
  • Produce high-quality visuals for various digital campaigns
  • Create on-brand, compelling designs aligned with strategy and messaging
  • Present creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to elevate UX / UI
  • Handle multiple tasks with focus, creativity, and consistency

    • Requirements :

  • 8+ years of professional design experience
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing strong web and marketing design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practices
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Ability to present ideas effectively to both team members and clients
  • Team spirit, organization, and a proactive attitude
