Proven experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) — you already know how to connect, follow up, and engage people on LinkedIn.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Recruiter Lite — your daily weapon for outreach success.

Advanced or Fluent English — you'll communicate with global talent and tech companies in the U.S.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills — unlike traditional SDR outreach, here you'll build ongoing conversations and long-term relationships with candidates.

Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy.

Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones

Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline

React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)

Hit daily / weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.You will get :
