The Senior Collections Analyst will manage and execute daily collections activities, including following up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts.

The role involves analyzing customer accounts, identifying issues affecting payments, liaising with internal departments to resolve disputes, and preparing collection reports.
