We’re looking for a fractional Data / AI Specialist to partner with our sales team on an hourly / contract basis . In this role, you’ll act as the technical expert during sales cycles , helping prospects understand the value of our data-driven solutions and guiding them toward the right implementation approach. This position is primarily remote, but will require onsite visits to client locations 1–2 times per month .
Key Responsibilities
- Join sales calls as the technical authority , addressing customer questions and showcasing deep product and Data / AI expertise.
- Collaborate with sales to design tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Deliver impactful demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to prospects.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure smooth technical handoffs.
- Provide guidance on best practices and integration strategies for Data / AI solutions.
- Attend onsite client visits (1–2 per month) to support sales meetings and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong background in Data / AI, personalization, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) .Hands-on experience with Blueshift (or a similar CDP) is highly preferred.Proven track record as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Specialist .Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working fractionally, on-demand, and per-hour .Willingness to travel onsite once or twice per month .
