You will contribute to the training of cutting-edge AI models by designing and documenting real-world engineering tasks.About AfterQueryAfterQuery is a research lab investigating the boundaries of artificial intelligence by advancing model capabilities.

They are backed by top investors including Y Combinator, Box Group, ex-partners from Lightspeed and Index Ventures, and senior leadership from Google DeepMind and Meta GenAI.

Their philosophy : great AI comes from exceptional, human-generated data.ResponsibilitiesDesign multi-step software engineering tasks (e.g., debugging, refactoring, build automation, data processing).

Write deterministic test suites and solutions.Containerize tasks with Docker for consistency and reproducibility.Document tasks with clear instructions, objectives, and requirements.RequirementsProficiency with Linux / Unix command-line tools and Bash scripting.1+ years of professional software engineering experience.Experience with Docker and containerized development.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Rust, or C++).

Based in Latin America.PreferredFamiliarity with build tools (Make, CMake, npm, Cargo, Gradle, etc.).

Experience troubleshooting CI / CD pipelines.Exposure to multiple languages (Python, Go, Rust, C / C++).
