Descrição da vagaAssist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and business documents. Support the preparation of legal documents, filings, and reports. Conduct legal research on labor, corporate, and regulatory topics. Help monitor compliance with local laws, internal policies, and deadlines. Liaise with external law firms, government entities, and notary offices when needed. Provide general administrative and legal support to the Legal department. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3rd year or above). Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor and corporate law. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit. Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus
