In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services / Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staffing open positions while ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved.

The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and discerning, with strong attention to detail and a process- and business-oriented mindset.

Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential to succeed in this role.The role requires the Recruiter to be articulate and eloquent in English.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.RequirementsExperience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.Nice to have : previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.Advanced level of English.Benefits100% remote work (from anywhere).
