Design and visual communication play a crucial role in how Kore communicates innovation, trust, and leadership in fintech and compliance-driven markets. Every visual asset — from investor materials to digital campaigns — must reflect our precision, sophistication, and purpose.
Role Overview
The Graphic Artist will lead visual design and creative production for the Kore family of companies, managing all brand, marketing, and multimedia assets across digital and print media.
This role combines brand leadership, creative design, and AI-assisted innovation to ensure Kore’s identity remains consistent, compelling, and globally recognized.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and working closely with the VP Technology , Product , and Client Success teams, the Graphic Artist will manage the visual direction for Kore’s platforms and campaigns, ensuring all creative materials align with brand standards and business goals.
The Graphic Artist will also mentor and manage a junior designer , fostering a creative environment that balances speed, quality, and design excellence.
Core Responsibilities 1. Brand & Visual Design Leadership
- Develop and maintain Kore’s brand identity system , ensuring consistent application across Kore’s subsidiaries and platforms.
- Produce visual assets for all Kore divisions — Kore, KoreTransfer, KoreChain, KoreWire, KoreID, KoreGPT, Kore Issuance, Kore Platform, KoreClearing, and KoreSummit .
- Create and maintain brand style guides , color systems, typography standards, and layout frameworks.
- Partner with the CMO and senior leadership to evolve Kore’s visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
2. Marketing & Corporate Design
Design marketing materials including brochures, fact sheets, corporate reports, whitepapers, and investor decks.Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to communicate complex fintech concepts clearly and visually.Develop digital and social media assets for marketing campaigns, press releases, and events.Design presentation templates and visual systems for Kore executives and partner-facing communications.Support KoreSummit with event branding, stage visuals, signage, and multimedia content.3. Web, Product, and UX Collaboration
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to produce UX / UI assets in Figma and Adobe XD.Translate complex product workflows (KoreChain, KoreClearing, KoreGPT) into visually clear interfaces and infographics .Ensure web design consistency across all Kore websites and partner portals.Support the development of KoreWire and KorePlatform’s front-end experience with responsive visuals and layout guidance.4. Video & Multimedia
Design motion graphics, animated explainers, and promotional videos for social media, investor updates, and product launches.Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to produce training and onboarding videos for issuers and intermediaries.Maintain video templates, transitions, intros, and lower thirds for Kore’s content channels.5. AI & Automation Integration
Leverage KoreGPT and AI-based design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Runway ML) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and visual enhancement.Automate repetitive creative tasks such as asset resizing, background removal, and layout generation.Experiment with AI-driven visualization tools to generate design concepts aligned with Kore’s brand tone and values.Use KoreGPT to summarize brand guidelines, generate design briefs, and assist in creative ideation sessions.6. Project & Team Management
Manage and mentor a junior designer , assigning projects, reviewing work, and providing constructive feedback.Prioritize and balance multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.Collaborate with the marketing, product, and client success teams to align creative output with campaign goals and client needs.Oversee external vendors or freelancers for specialized design, print, or motion projects when needed.Maintain Kore’s digital asset management system (DAM) to ensure all assets are version-controlled and accessible.7. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with :CMO – for campaign strategy and brand direction.CRO – for sales presentations and visual sales enablement materials.CBO – for partner program design and visual assets for ecosystem expansion.VP Technology – for UI / UX coordination and product interface visuals.Client Success Team – for training and onboarding materials for issuers and intermediaries.
