Job Title : Business Partner Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the liaison between HR and business units to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
• Support leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning, fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to drive organizational success
• Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning to promote growth and development
• Promote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-being by implementing effective programs and strategies
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) to inform data-driven decisions
• Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects (e.g., diversity, digital transformation) to drive innovation and progress
