Job Title : Business Partner Specialist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Business Partner Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the liaison between HR and business units to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
- Support leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning, fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to drive organizational success
- Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning to promote growth and development
- Promote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-being by implementing effective programs and strategies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) to inform data-driven decisions
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (e.g., diversity, digital transformation) to drive innovation and progress
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsPrevious experience as an HRBP or in generalist HR roles, with a proven track record of successStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersStrategic mindset with a results-oriented approach, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growthProficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced English language skillsBenefits :
