ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional AgileEngine team building a modern case management and workflow automation platform. You’ll work closely with the Technical Lead, Project Manager, and UX Designer to deliver high-quality software across the entire stack, from backend APIs to user-facing applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain features across backend and frontend layers;
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) ;
• Implement modern, responsive UIs using React + TypeScript;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure quality delivery;
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration;
• Support deployment and cloud operations on Heroku and AWS .

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer; Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django); Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks; Familiarity with Heroku, AWS, and CI / CD pipelines; Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed teams; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Upper-intermediate to advanced English and EST timezone overlap; Solid understanding of cloud development and deployment (Heroku, AWS, GCP) environments.
