As Quality Control Analyst you will guarantee and assure that company’s products (hydraulic components and systems) and the materials used in manufacturing them meet the required standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality for customers.

Main Responsibilities :

• Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet predefined quality standards and specifications.
• Collect and document data from quality tests, inspections, and audits, and maintain accurate records of quality control processes.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products and provide assistance to production staff in terms of quality control procedures.
• Identify and analyze any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in the finished products or processes, and collaborate with relevant teams to amend these issues.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the results of quality control tests.
• Provide guidance to production and quality control staff on quality standards, testing procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Lead the creation of quality documents within scope of customer projects (Industrial Pumps and Auxiliary Systems).
• Lead plant's ISO audits and Customer Quality audits with support from corporate's quality team.
• Unroll company´s global Quality Managment System into Ruhrpumpen Jundiai plant.
