Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Privacy Program
Coordinate conflicts of interest disclosure processes and manage policy documentation
Assist in corporate compliance training activities and maintain evidence of participation
Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries related to compliance
Support corporate compliance audits and assist with legal document organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance
Direct experience with health insurance payors, providers, or health systems
Relevant certifications such as CHC or CHPC are preferred
