We are currently seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join our team in Brazil. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical and financial background, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven operations.

Note : Fluent or advanced English is required for daily communication with international teams.

About the Role

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies related to customer and product pricing information within InComm’s Financial Information Systems. You will apply your understanding of the prepaid business, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to foster collaboration across teams involved in delivering our services globally.

You will work closely with Domestic and International Retail Sales, Product Account Management, and technical teams responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, settlement, and reconciliation. This role also supports the Analyst II position and contributes to improving pricing and billing processes, ensuring client and channel satisfaction.

You will be expected to study enterprise data stewardship across multiple channels and platforms, review project and business requirements, and communicate effectively across internal and functional groups to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concise weekly status reports for assigned activities
  • Promote idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams
  • Follow processes and protocols for data enrichment technologies
  • Communicate data requirements to internal counterparts and customers
  • Share process changes with cross-functional teams
  • Escalate data inconsistencies promptly to avoid urgent issues
  • Track and log issues for retrospectives and suggest process improvements
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments
  • Enforce workflows and business rules to improve data quality and delivery time
  • Enforce SLAs for Finance Data Administration tasks
  • Troubleshoot data-related incidents
  • Research and document rules for secure protocols and data integrity
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

  • 1+ years of experience in the prepaid product industry, preferably with exposure to Finance, Accounting, or Data Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions

  • Solid technical background with the ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to executive leadership
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred
  • CPM or PMP certification is a plus, but not required

    This role involves working with financial data and system configurations, supporting billing migrations, and ensuring accurate invoice generation. Candidates should be inquisitive, data-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
