Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring, and supervising construction works and services, including :
- Monitoring the physical schedule of the project
- Overseeing daily progress of construction stages
- Managing and filling control spreadsheets
- Preparing daily RDO reports for each activity
- Guiding, supervising, and inspecting workers on-site
- Responding to client requests
- Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Preparing periodic management reports
- Conducting field surveys
- Reading and interpreting project plans
- Maintaining communication between the office and the construction site
- Assisting in resolving issues among staff and administrative team
Availability to travel is required.
