UX / UI Designer (Req English)

Job Responsibilities : Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers

Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces

Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback

Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines

Utilize industry-standard design tools to produce high-quality design assets

Required Qualifications : 2-3 years to 5+ years of experience in UX / UI design

Proficient English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent

College degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field

Strong skills in user research, prototyping, wireframing, interaction and visual design

Experience with usability testing and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in remote or distributed teams

Familiarity with front-end development concepts

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
