The Role
UGC sourcing, scripts / shot lists, and weekly asset drops (short‑form video + product stills).
Paid media leadership across Meta, TikTok (Spark / allowlisting), and Google (PMAX / Shopping / Search).
A structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, angles, lengths), asset taxonomy, and fatigue management.
Measurement & decisioning : creative scorecards; blend platform + GA4 insights to guide next iterations.
Collaborate with our CRO / Shopify partner on landing pages and promo / bundle strategy.
What success looks like
Launch creative engine with 12–20 net‑new assets / mo (4–6 unique concepts, iterative variants).
Stand up full‑funnel campaigns (Meta / TikTok / Google) with clean UTMs & cost imports.
Establish creative KPIs : 3‑s view rate, hold‑rate to 50%, CTR, CPA / ROAS by asset / angle.
Produce 1–2 case‑study narratives we can (with permissions) share in sales.
Must‑have experience
3–5+ yrs in beauty / lifestyle DTC; hands‑on in Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads.
You’ve shipped performing UGC / creator ads and can show creative + results.
You know how to brief creators, negotiate usage / whitelisting, and version winners quickly.
Comfort with data hygiene (UTMs, naming), GA4 reading, and partnering on CAPI / Events API.
Nice‑to‑have
TikTok Shop experience; Google Merchant Center / feed hygiene; YouTube Shorts creative.
Light editing in CapCut / Premiere; Figma for storyboards.
Portfolio requirements
3–5 ads for beauty or adjacent verticals with metrics (CTR, hold‑rate, CPA / ROAS) and context.
Compensation
Competitive base + performance bonus; partner track with rev‑share / equity possible after 90–120 days.
