Senior Functional Consultant – Coupa / Procurement SaaS (Remote)

Location : Remote (with occasional travel)

Contract Type : Services agreement / Full-time

Languages : Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)

We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions in the spend management or procurement space. This role is instrumental in leading the functional design, guiding successful implementations, and ensuring long-term client success across strategic digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead functional design during implementation projects, acting as a subject matter expert.

Facilitate customer design workshops and advise on best practices for system configuration and process optimization.

Support design review sessions and collaborate with product teams on solution enhancements.

Provide expert guidance on supplier management, sourcing, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.

Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive value and adoption.

Ideal Profile :

Strong background in SaaS consulting, particularly in procurement or spend management solutions.

Hands-on experience with supplier information management and / or eSourcing platforms.

Working knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage clients and lead successful implementations.

Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
