We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Brazil and expand our presence across South America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify and secure new customers, exploring opportunities for new product projects.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and address technical / commercial issues.
- Prepare technical documents for bidding and tendering.
- Monitor competitors and ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering , or related field.Proven experience and network in power AMI, distribution products, water / gas meters, or communication modules .Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.Willing to travel frequently for business within Brazil and overseas.What We Offer
