Job Description : BPO / BPS Recruiter (PJ) — São Paulo (Hybrid)

Location : São Paulo, SP — 04705-000 (Hybrid : 3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home)

Employment Type : Full-time, PJ Contract (Pessoa Jurídica)

Salary Range : R$5,800 – R$7,000 / month (Negotiable- Depends on the quality of candidate)

Potential : Candidate with very high commitment can become head of customer accounts

Job Summary

We seek a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in the BPO / BPS sector to manage high-volume recruitment across Brazil and maintain constant communication with USA-based clients .

The role requires Professional level English fluency , exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform under high-pressure recruitment and client management demands .

Experience in core software / IT recruitment is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with USA-based clients , ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for BPO / BPS roles across Brazil, focusing on high-volume hiring .
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates efficiently under tight deadlines .
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with PJ contract terms .
