Job Responsibilities : 1.

Strategic Project Management : Support business leaders in managing key projects, including objectives decomposition, critical task planning, and coordination of internal / external resources;Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes.2.

Global PMO Framework Development : Contribute to the establishment of a standardized project management system for international operations;Develop and implement project management processes, guidelines, and practices, considering regional business characteristics and cultural differences.3.

Organizational Effectiveness Optimization : Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies in organizational processes and operational tools;Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.Job Requirements : 1.

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline;Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Internet / Technology field, with at least 1 year in international project management.2.

Project Management Expertise : Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies;Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.3.

Execution & Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute strategic initiatives efficiently;Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.4.

Language & Intercultural Competence : Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Portuguese proficiency is preferred;High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or São Paulo, Brazil.
