Responsibilities

SEO Outreach : Execute ethical, relationship-driven link-building strategies across channels (guest posting, email outreach, community forums, social platforms).

Identify and pitch high-authority blogs, niche sites, and industry publications for guest contributions and backlinks.

Research and analyze competitors to uncover backlink gaps and opportunities.

Maintain a diverse and natural backlink profile to improve organic visibility and domain authority.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure outreach materials, on-site, and off-site content align with E-E-A-T principles (author bios, content citations, trust signals, etc).

Contribute to content amplification strategies (blog to guest post, blog to Reddit post, etc.).

Partnerships & Co-Marketing

Build relationships with adjacent companies, communities, influencers, and customers to unlock co-marketing opportunities.

Support the planning and execution of guest posts on high-quality, industry-relevant websites.

Expand and maintain profiles on SaaS directories, marketplaces, and tech listing platforms.

Seek opportunities to get the brand featured in relevant industry best of lists and articles.

Reputation Management & Community Engagement

Own review strategy and engagement across G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, and niche platforms.

Work with CSM and Sales to identify opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and review requests.

Analyze sentiment and trends from review data to improve messaging and positioning.

Engage in high-visibility threads on Reddit, Quora, and YouTube that rank for our target keywords.

Support social media content creation and engagement efforts across campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

Regularly track backlinks, outreach performance, review metrics, and community engagement.

Maintain weekly and monthly reports with performance insights and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

4-6 years proven experience in SEO outreach, link-building, digital marketing, or partnerships.

Strong knowledge of off-page SEO and E-E-A-T principles.

Proven experience identifying and pitching guest post opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable using SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, Clarity, etc.).

Experience in managing online reviews and customer reputation is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
