Supplier Development Engineer (SDE)...

We are looking for a talented and proactive Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) to join our team in Latin America. If you have a passion for the renewable energy industry and experience in ensuring the highest quality standards, this is the opportunity for you!

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire quality lifecycle of our suppliers in the region, from evaluation and qualification to continuous supervision and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities :

• Supplier Evaluation & Development : Identify and evaluate new suppliers in cooperation with the Sourcing team to build a competitive and reliable supply chain.
• Quality Audits : Conduct quality system (ISO 9001), process, and product audits to ensure new suppliers and materials meet our stringent requirements.
• Product Approval (PPAP) : Manage the sample approval process for new products and complete the material PPAP process, signing off on quality agreements with the R&D department.
• Production Supervision : Oversee supplier production, including incoming materials, manufacturing processes, warehousing, and shipment, and prepare daily supervision and outgoing reports.
• Non-Conformance Management : Promptly address and resolve quality issues from suppliers, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively and tracked until closure.
• Regional Support : Assist in handling quality issues for inventory in Latin America (e.g., packaging, rust, material shortages) and manage project quality complaints by investigating root causes and following up on solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Maintain clear communication with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Management departments.
