We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical and functional support for two enterprise platforms — Specright / PDMS (Salesforce-based) and Interius (Azure-hosted). This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving incidents, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration enhancements across both systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 application support for the Specright PDMS and Interius platforms, managing incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting data and access issues.
- Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce-based and Azure-hosted systems; collaborate with middleware teams to configure, test, and monitor API and data connections.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Salesforce Data Loader scripts for bulk data imports, updates, and migrations.
- Support supplier onboarding, user administration, and role-based access configuration.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze issues, validate solutions, and optimize workflows.
- Participate in integration testing, documentation of technical specifications, and maintenance of operational playbooks.
- Liaise with vendor support teams (Salesforce, Specright) for escalated issues and platform enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous process and system optimization.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS application support (Salesforce preferred).Hands-on experience with APIs (REST / SOAP) , authentication (OAuth / SSO), and data integration .Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools.Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and integration workflows.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently in a global environment.Experience supporting packaging, supplier, or product data management systems is a plus.
