Requirements :
Proven experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) — you already know how to connect, follow up, and engage people on .Hands-on experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Recruiter Lite — your daily weapon for outreach success.Advanced or Fluent English — you’ll communicate with global talent and tech companies in the U.S.Strong communication and relationship-building skills — unlike traditional SDR outreach, here you’ll build ongoing conversations and long-term relationships with candidates.Motivated by results and bonuses — reply rates in sourcing are 5–7x higher (50–70%) than in SDR sales outreach, giving you far more wins and regular success bonuses.Collaborative mindset — you’ll work closely with your recruiting partner, not solo.
