MedChemExpress is seeking a Country Sales Manager based in Brazil.
This full-time position offers career advancement opportunities within the company.
The role requires working from Monday to Friday and willingness to travel.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Brazil.
The position is based remotely in Brazil.
MedChemExpress is a renowned global company specializing in the development of novel life-science reagents, reference compounds, APIs, and natural products.
We are expanding our sales team in Brazil to develop more customer relationships.
Your Role
Independently achieve sales growth and targets within your designated area in Brazil.
Promote MedChemExpress products and brand in your sales territory.
Maintain good customer relationships through regular visits and professional interactions.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotion information to customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure success.
Participate in branding and marketing events with the BD and marketing teams.
Research and share market and industry insights to support marketing strategies.
Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Engage in relevant social discussions about the company and industry.
Manage customer files, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales service.
Attend exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows; develop marketing campaigns; gather customer data.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, biosciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields.
At least three years of relevant experience in biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
Willingness to engage in sales activities and work under pressure.
Friendly, open-minded, responsible, and communicative.
Ambitious with strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated and persistent.
Proficient in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both spoken and written.
