Bilingual Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Our commitment is to meet the needs and expectations of our clients with quality and precision.RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and analyze product usage data and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making for the Product and Marketing teams.Develop exploratory and predictive reports using SQL and BI tools.Create and maintain interactive dashboards for metric visualization and tracking.Participate in strategic meetings with the Marketing and Product teams and collaborate in building data-driven strategies.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS : MUST HAVE : Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.Experience with BI tools, including Power BI.Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.Experience with Growth Marketing and Customer Analytics.Experience with Google Analytics for user behavior analysis and digital performance tracking.Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital performance tools.Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);NICE TO HAVE : Experience with data modeling and ETL optimization.Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in data quality, security, and governance, ensuring alignment with best practices (LGPD, GDPR).
