Your responsibilities will include : Supporting the implementation of the Medallia solution; Training and guiding clients in the use of Medallia services; Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows; Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.

What we’re looking for : Bachelor’s degree completed; Fluent English (spoken and written)
