You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Technical Expertise : SAP Server Installation / Configuration : You will have experience installing and configuring SAP servers, including ABAP and Java stacks.High Availability Setup : You will be able to design and implement high availability setups using Unix and Windows platforms.SAP Basis Server Administration : You will be responsible for administering SAP basis servers, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting.Kickstart Environment Setup and Maintenance : You will set up and maintain kickstart environments, including testing and validation.End-to-End SAP Lifecycle Implementations : You will lead end-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients, including upgrades and migrations.Performance Tuning : You will be able to tune application, database, and operating system performance to ensure optimal system efficiency.Strong Understanding of NetWeaver Components : You will have a deep understanding of NetWeaver components, including EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM.Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux / Windows Admin : You will have experience administering Oracle databases, BRTools, SAP HANA databases, Sybase ASE, and Linux / Windows operating systems.Soft Skills : Excellent Communication Skills : You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong Documentation and MS Office Skills : You will have strong documentation and MS Office skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.Customer-Centric Mindset : You will have a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and address the needs of our clients.Ability to Manage Unforeseen Situations : You will have the ability to manage unforeseen situations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
