Overview of the role :

The IT Recruiter position focuses on strategically analyzing existing pools of pre-vetted candidates to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. This role serves as a key link between Client Services / Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved through analytical, adaptable, and discerning approaches.

Key responsibilities :

• Handling and filling openings successfully, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Reviewing and filtering candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Writing summaries and editing resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Managing communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
