Information Technology Manager

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity / IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT at LEDN.

The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.

You will work closely with Cybersecurity / IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.

This role reports to the Director of IT.What You Will DoServe as customer-facing, first line of IT support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels.Own the technology onboarding and offboarding experience (procurement, deployment, retrieval of equipment).

Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).

Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM / EMM, Jamf, etc.).

Own and improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).

Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Respond to, fix, and manage critical incidents to resolution.Balance help desk tickets with project work; operate in sprints with agile practices using Jira.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).

Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.

; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).

Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows in Okta; API experience for system-to-system integrations.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries / time zones; hardware shipping / receiving and customs familiarity.Strong written and verbal communication skills across all media; ability to convey ideas clearly and empathetically.Proficiency in troubleshooting, macOS enterprise management, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
