DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.

The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Elaborar planos logísticos,
• Atualizar e planejar rotas e trajetos,
• identificar soluções rápidas e eficientes para a operação.
• Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da equipe
• Gerar relatórios de performance;
• Efetuar Handover do LH
• Analisar pacotes vindo do SOC
• Fazer a Roteirização ajustando as rotas de acordo com CEP
• Analisar rotas
• Requirements
• Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em administração, logística, engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimentos de operações de e-commerce (integrações, HUB, ERP, logística etc.)
• Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, Power Point e Google Sheets.
