About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you'll be responsible for guiding teams in mastering Agile practices, leading Scrum events, and collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies for effective execution.

2. Lead Agile events, enhancing collaboration and transparency.

3. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog.

4. Remove obstacles to boost quality deliverables.

5. Cultivate continuous improvement and best practices.

6. Foster self-organization and positive teamwork.

7. E nsure adherence to values and sustainable pace.

8. Align with Agile coaches and stakeholders for synergy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need :

• More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
• Master Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish level.
• Advanced English level.
