Technical Analyst

O Technical Analyst será responsável por ministrar treinamentos oficiais e implementações e dar suporte em projetos de serviços profissionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Ministrar treinamentos oficiais dos fabricantes, autorizados pela empresa.

Preparar link (cursos online) ou sala de aula (cursos presenciais).

Testar e validar material e laboratório, antes do início do curso.

Atualizar cursos já ministrados e obter certificações dos fabricantes, sempre que necessário, de acordo com o Plano de Capacitação a ser desenvolvido.

Dar suporte ao time comercial em caso de dúvidas sobre conteúdos e agenda.

Buscar relacionamento com os fabricantes para entendimento do processo de certificação.

Realização de Implementação Técnica de Projetos de Serviços- Serviços Profissionais.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo em Redes de Computadores, Gestão de TI ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento em Networking e Segurança.

Conhecimento em Tecnologia da Informação.

Inglês Avançado.

Desejável Espanhol intermediário / avançado.

Desejável experiência e / ou vivência em apresentação de conteúdo, treinamentos, Workshop.

Desejável experiência e / ou vivência em Serviços Profissionais, Suporte Técnico instalação, configuração de equipamentos de redes.

Desejável possuir certificações dos fabricantes (ex : AWS, Splunk, Trend Micro, entre outros para análise).
