Role Summary
This role's primary responsibility will be to carry on talents through the selection process, by executing all the operational steps involved. Those might involve scheduling interviews, speaking and negotiating with candidates, reporting collected information and statuses, and interacting with internal stakeholders.
Besides the tasks execution the person in this role will also be pushed to think and work under the scalability mindset, delivering operational efficiency on the ground. The ideal candidate should be able to execute while challenging the status quo, automatizing repeatable processes, streamlining processes, optimizing cross-functional handoffs, reducing SLAs and improving talents’ experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Execution : Manage all candidate-related operational steps, including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings while keeping candidates informed, engaged, and aware of next steps and feedback throughout the process.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.
- Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Bandwidth & Pipeline Management : Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.
- Organization & Documentation : Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, while supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational and industry regulations.
- Adaptability & Collaboration : Operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments by switching contexts seamlessly, collaborating across global time zones, and maintaining accountability and clear communication to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.Experience : 3–6 years at Operations within digital business, or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); ability to manage databases and process them into reports and insights.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Organization & Prioritization : Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Process Orientation : Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, document workflows, and implement process improvements or automation initiatives.Stakeholder Management : Skilled at partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate operational support.Adaptability : Comfortable working across global time zones, shifting priorities, and high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, scaling environment.Values
