Overview of the Role

The Agile Scrum Master will be instrumental in driving team performance and organizational agility by facilitating Scrum methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strategic facilitation of development processes to ensure efficient, high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
• Identifying and removing impediments that affect team productivity and sprint goals.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Tracking and communicating team progress, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization.
