What will you be doing here?

As a Gerente, you will lead the Organization and Processes agenda, ensuring the structuring and implementation of operational models that address business challenges, mitigate or control financial, regulatory, labor, and brand image risks. You will structure and implement process-based operational models aligned with Natura's strategy across Latin America. Additionally, you will manage the organization to ensure it can achieve results in both the short and long term.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring?

Experience in project management (organizational transformation, process diagnosis, redesign, and integrated processes), continuous improvement processes, financial analysis and business cases, management of consulting firms, and mastery of project methodologies and tools.
