Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales for the pet veterinary business to lead market development and sales growth in your local region.

1.Market Development & Business Expansion

Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs;

Develop and implement regional sales strategies;

Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients;

Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;

Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation;

Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.

3. HQ liaison

Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.

Qualifications:

1. Resident in the local market : Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required;

2.Sales Experience : Prior sales experience in medical devices, pet healthcare, pet products, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered;

3.Industry Connections : Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus.

4. Self-Starter : Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
