WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products;
• Build and scale attribution logic systems to support multiple chains and assets;
• Develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics;
• Create efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems;
• Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency;
• Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang; Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements; Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work; Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems; Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture; Strong understanding of database design; Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives; Upper-Intermediate English level.
