Brunel is seeking a
HR Manager
to work with one our clients in Rio de Janeiro! This is a permanent contract to work full time onsite in the office. Responsibilities : Lead HR strategies aligned with business goals, including recruitment, retention, training, and succession planning. Oversee talent acquisition processes for onshore and offshore positions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop policies for workforce planning, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. Support leadership in organizational development, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HSE rules, and company ethics standards.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws and offshore workforce management is a plus. Fluent in English. Strong communication and leadership skills.
