Responsibilities

Manage Alps daily activities.

Provide technical support for all areas (Automation and Mechanics).

Manage a team of Project Managers and Specialists.

Interface with other Operations Development teams and functions.

Support demand process (Generate, prioritize, and fulfill) on product group or regional level.

Maintain the N6M project plan for the team.

Ensure Project Excellence.

Participate in Competence Networks.

Foster a performance culture locally and within the product group.

Set and follow up on targets for the team and individual employees, aligned with Operations Development and overall strategy.
