Support the transformation of the organization for data-driven decision-making based on data and analysis. Establish, manage, and implement processes to facilitate decision-making for the development of the Super Clube program. Establish direct contact with partners (responsible agencies) with the aim of guiding the implementation of established strategies, participant performance, and the quality of the data under analysis. Align demands and identify opportunities with the commercial team to assist in decision-making. Main Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the availability and quality of the data transmitted to the responsible agency. Interact with the Retail Marketing and Sales areas to provide feedback on campaigns. Identify and enhance Digital and CRM initiatives to increase program engagement. Use data analysis and visualization tools. Promote and build best practices for data collection and analysis. Build processes to facilitate and develop the area. Develop and manage 1 intern. Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree. Experience with analysis in Excel/G Sheets. Knowledge of data analysis tools - Access or Tableau or DOMO or Power BI. Intermediate English. It is desirable: Analytical capability and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients. Ability to influence.
